Community Health Needs Survey
West Ascension Parish Hospital is asking community partners to help us hear from as many residents as possible. The 2026 Community Healthcare Needs Survey takes about five minutes to complete and will help guide plans for a new hospital and medical center that reflects the needs of the West Bank community.
